A low carbon house of approx 450m2 in floor area, being the first significant code 5 Eco dwelling for residential.
The Kitchen flooring was tiled in a large format tile (610x610x20mm) in a stunning Jerusalem White Gold Honed Limestone, while the Entrance Hall & Hallways including skirtings were tiled in a beautiful Ecra Polished Marble in 610x305x10mm.
The House Bathroom walls and Floors were tiled in Flaxon Honed Limestone, complimented by design feature in Marron Marble tiles (610x305x10mm) in bath enclosure.
The Master Ensuite Bathroom walls & floors were tiled in Ecra Honed Marble 305x305x10mm and complimented with Sicis Glass Mosaics in Passion Flower on one feature wall, While the Guest Bathroom Ensuite floors and walls were tastefully designed in a Muscat honed & filled travertine. The Bootroom was tiled with practicality in mind in a metalli brown porcelain tile in 600x300x10mm.
